1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and media buying services, all payments made are non-refundable. Once work has started, time, resources, and strategy are allocated, which cannot be reversed.


2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice (email or official communication).

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing period


3. Early Termination

If a client decides to terminate the agreement before the agreed term:

  • All outstanding invoices must be paid in full

  • Any ongoing work will be completed until the end of the billing period


4. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed or unpaid

  • Required access (ad accounts, website, etc.) is not provided

  • There is a breach of terms or lack of cooperation


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

In case of disputes:

  • We will provide proof of work, communication, and service delivery

  • Any false or unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action


6. Results Disclaimer

We strive to deliver the best results possible; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as sales, leads, or ROI), as results depend on multiple external factors.
